How does it work?

You might think about it like this. When the flow of our life force is compromised or blocked, then this has a negative effect on our system. Some of these blocks effect our immune system, lowering our immunity to illnesses. By directing a flow of healing energy towards these places of constriction the restriction is unwound and released. The natural balance is then restored to the immune system.
